Run experiences?
One product record feeds the marketplace and every trade buyer connected to our API. No listing fee, no monthly charge, and commission only on bookings that actually happen.
Reselling, or building?
An OCTO-compatible surface and a v2 distribution contract over the same live inventory, settled from a prefunded wallet. Both references are open before you apply.
The tours and activities sector is unusually varied, and most booking platforms handle a narrow slice of it well and the rest badly. A timed-entry museum ticket, a fourteen night overland journey and a yacht chartered by the day are three completely different commercial objects, and pretending otherwise is how travellers end up on the wrong departure.
So the platform models 38 distinct product types, each with its own setup flow for the operator and its own rules about dates, capacity and vouchers. What a traveller sees stays consistent, because whatever shape an experience takes underneath, it is presented, priced and booked the same way.
Walking tours, half-day and full-day group tours, private tours with a guide to yourself, scheduled day trips on fixed departures, and hop-on hop-off routes. These run on published departure times with capacity per departure, so the availability you see is the real number of seats left on that specific bus or with that specific guide.
General admission tickets where you choose a date and arrive when it suits you, timed-entry tickets where the slot is part of the ticket, open-dated tickets that stay valid for months, and city passes covering several attractions at once. Passes usually activate on first use rather than at purchase, which is why buying one before you have finished planning is safe.
Fixed-date tours with guaranteed departures, private multi-day itineraries priced for the whole party, self-guided trips you start on any date, rail and overland journeys, multi-night cruises sold by cabin grade, shorter dinner cruises, shore excursions timed around a ship call, and both fixed-departure and lodge-based safaris.
Airport transfers priced per vehicle rather than per passenger, private cars with a driver by the hour or the day, yacht and boat charters, vehicle and equipment rental, cooking classes and workshops, recurring courses, travel eSIMs, insurance, and licensed guides hired on their own.
The arithmetic is not a secret. An operator who lists with us sets the price, and that is what you pay, whether you book here as a traveller or through an agency. Nothing is added to it. The platform's commission comes out of the operator's share, at a percentage set by the promotion level the operator chooses for the product. Some listings come from connected third-party channels instead; those are priced from the channel's own rate by our pricing rules.
All of it is held in one currency and converted for display using rates refreshed every hour. The rate that applied when you booked is frozen onto the booking, so a receipt issued in February still reconciles in November. If you want the arithmetic worked through with actual numbers, the guide to tour pricing and commission does exactly that.
The platform runs in English today. Every piece of traveller-facing text, including product titles, descriptions, ticket labels and cancellation summaries, is stored per language rather than inline, so adding a language means adding rows rather than rebuilding pages. Nothing here assumes left-to-right text or Latin script.
An operator lists once and that single record serves the marketplace, their own bookings and every connected trade buyer. There is no second calendar to reconcile, which removes the most common cause of overselling in this industry.
Trade buyers get live prices and availability through two API surfaces over the same inventory: an implementation of the OCTO standard, and a v2 distribution API that is field-for-field compatible with the contract many agencies already integrate against. Settlement runs from a prefunded wallet, holds release automatically, and refunds credit back instantly rather than in banking days.
